Giving to needy community
In furtherance of the spirit with which Princess Chinwedu Eke lived her memorable life on this earth, the Foundation has donated food and cash to a local community in South-Eastern Nigeria. The donation was appeciated by the village as the work that Princess left behind continued.
The Princess Chinwendu Eke Memorial Foundation is working to achieve them. The Foundation has a four-pronged approach to helping society.
- Endowment Fund at the University of Houston, Texas
- Sickle Cell Disease Awareness and Education.
- Award of scholarship to students who have completed high school, and are in a four-year university, and overcame limiting medical conditions.
- Support for medical missions to the underprivileged.
We are using Princess’ story to highlight the realm of the possible in spite of difficuties, encourage and motivate others who may be suffering conditions similar to that which Princess Chinwedu Eke experienced.
